How a commercial gets made
- It starts with a pre-production meeting. We work out what you want people to do after watching, then shape the script and the shot list around it.
- On the shoot day we film on Sony Cinema Line cameras with proper lighting, audio and, when it helps the story, drone footage.
- Everything is edited in Final Cut Pro, colour graded on scopes and mixed for streaming loudness, so it looks and sounds right on a phone, a TV or a cinema screen.
- Most films are delivered in 5–7 business days, with a master file and versions framed for each platform.

Do you charge by the hour?
No. Every package is a flat price. We only charge extra for time beyond what your package includes ($100 per extra hour of filming), and most packages cover travel up to a set distance ($0.50/km after that).
Can you shoot at our store or restaurant?
Yes. We shoot on location, and for bigger productions we can build a set or use a studio environment, with makeup and props.
How long does a commercial take to deliver?
Most projects are delivered in 5–7 business days after the shoot. Priority turnaround is included in the Brand Story and Full Production packages.
How do payments work?
We take cash, e-Transfer or PayPal. Full payment usually locks in your production date. When it isn’t required, a 50% non-refundable retainer covers the work done before production.
